The Restaurant at Royce Brook features panoramic views, indoor and outdoor seating, and is ideal for entertaining clients over lunch or dinner, or for special events with friends and family. Our restaurant is open to the public as well as members.

We offer a calendar of special events includes Easter, romantic Valentine’s Day Dinner, Halloween Carnival for the kids, Thanksgiving Dinner, Wine-Tasting Dinners and weekend entertainment. We're also open all year round!

We're open 5 days a week for Lunch and now offer twilight dining Wednesday-Sunday, and a full dinner menu on Fridays & Saturdays. Call ahead for reservations at (908) 904-0499 Ext.33

If speed is what you need for that lunch hour, your server will be happy to suggest speedy menu items as well. Those in a hurry will also find great food served up with Royce Brook’s signature service at our snack bar at the turn.

Enjoy your choice of filet mignon, prime rib, grilled salmon, Maryland crabcakes, Royce Brook’s signature chicken, and more.  Those who need to satisfy their sweet tooth cravings can indulge in a virtual thoroughfare of dessert delights. Meals start at $16.95/person – Includes your full dinner (Salad, Entrée, Dessert and Coffee). Bar menu items priced individually.
